Pro Tip:
Avoid microwaving your BBQ—it can dry out the meat and compromise the flavors that make Texas barbecue so special.

From brisket to ribs, reheating has never been easier or more delicious. Preserve the quality and savor every bite just like the day it was served!
Prepare Your Oven or Smoker
Preheat your oven or BBQ smoker trailer to 250°F for even heating and to retain the authentic barbecue flavor.
Wrap the Meat in Foil
For brisket, ribs, or other cuts from our BBQ food trailer, wrap the meat tightly in aluminum foil to lock in moisture.
Add a Splash of Liquid
Add a small amount of broth, water, or BBQ sauce inside the foil to prevent the meat from drying out.
Heat Slowly
Place the wrapped meat on a baking sheet or directly on the smoker rack. Heat for 20-30 minutes, depending on the size of the cut.
Check the Temperature
Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F for safe and delicious reheated barbecue.
Serve and Enjoy
Carefully remove the foil, slice or pull the meat as needed, and savor the fresh, smoky taste of Baker's Brisket!
